CareAsOne Cancellation Policy

Upon deciding to cancel their subscription with CareAsOne, customers are required to take an additional step to confirm the cancellation. CareAsOne operates on a monthly subscription model that automatically renews every 30 days. To ensure a cancellation is official, customers must submit a cancellation request before the 30-day renewal period expires; otherwise, they will be automatically charged for the subsequent month.

In the absence of a verbal or written confirmation for subscription cancellation, customers are not entitled to a refund or any negotiation. Activation of the subscription by customers implies their agreement to these terms.

To initiate the cancellation process, customers have two options: they can either contact the CareAsOne customer support line and engage with a representative, or they can submit an email request to their customer support manager. Following the submission of the cancellation request, our team will respond to confirm the request. Customers must then confirm the cancellation through the provided communication to make it official. Please note that only after the customer completes both steps will the cancellation be considered official.
