CareAsOne Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Recruiting Packages (Monthly Subscription)
CareAsOne operates on a recurring monthly subscription model, with
charges automatically processed every 30 days. By subscribing, customers acknowledge and
agree that payments will continue unless they take action to cancel.
Cancellation Policy:
- Customers must submit a cancellation request before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
- Cancellations must be formally requested through one of the following methods:
- Contacting CareAsOne customer support and speaking directly with a representative.
- Submitting an email request to the assigned customer support manager.
Important Notes:
- A cancellation request does not automatically terminate the subscription. Customers must receive and confirm the cancellation response from our team for it to take effect.
- If a cancellation request is not received and confirmed before the next billing cycle, the subscription will remain active, and the customer will be charged.
- No refunds or chargebacks will be granted for failure to cancel on time.
2. Client Match Package (Non-Refundable Investment)
The Client Match Package is a one-time, upfront
investment. By purchasing this service, customers explicitly agree to the following terms:
- Matches may take up to 90 days or longer to be fulfilled, depending on availability and client needs.
- This purchase is final. No refunds, cancellations, or modifications will be permitted after payment is processed.
- Customers acknowledge that by completing the purchase, they waive any right to dispute the charge based on service timelines or satisfaction.
CareAsOne provides a transparent purchasing process, and customers confirm their understanding
of these policies at checkout. Initiating a chargeback in
violation of these terms may result in legal action and additional fees.
