Hello, I just wanted to take time and thank a very special Man there at CareAsOne. Joseph thank you for everything you have done for me. A true man of his word. I have been unemployed for over a year now, 2023 was very hard on me. Joseph reached out to me 5-6 months ago regarding a caregiver position and at the time he said the company they had only took certified caregivers which i am not certified but i have over 20 years of experience and I love what i do. I kept in contact with Joseph over the months "I'm sure he got tired of hearing from me" Just checking in to see if they had anything, He told me as soon as they got something he would reach out. Keep in mind this was back in June 2023 when we first talked. I was very discouraged and didnt know what i was going to do. I prayed at the beginning of the year for God to just bless me with anything as my bills were behind and i thought i was going to lose my house. I received a phone call from Joseph on January 16 and the first thing he said was Willie Mae i found a Job for you. Today I can say I got hired at Home Instead in Virginia. Joseph i appreciate you keeping your word and Most important being a true blessing for me. I believe God had us meet. Your positive words and your kind spirit goes along way. I appreciate your kind words and thank you for keeping me in mind i really from the bottom of my heart appreciate you and your company CareAsOne.

Here is our Care Professional of the Month, Kwame. Kwame received his CNA license in 2023. Having worked for over 10 years as a Home Health Aide prior to receiving his CNA, Kwame clearly has a lot of experience. Kwame is a kind and caring Car Pro who is always willing to work with various clients who all have different needs. He is very engaging and can adapt to any situation. Been caring for my mother for 3 years.I feel that care giving is reflection of love and reality we make sure our love ones are treated as a person we treat them as we would like to be treated physically and mentally but love covers all.

Really like this. Yes I believe I am a Leader. People look at caregiver as nothing. In this field of work you must have Compassion, Empathy, Patience. These are things you cannot teach a person. God gives us these gifts. So as long as I keep God first in my life, I will always be a Leader. Thank you
