We offer flexible work schedules that can be tailored to fit your lifestyle, including days PT&FT, evenings and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide health care services in patients residences
• Perform domestic and household tasks
• Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital
• Medication reminders
• Assist with client's personal care activities
• Monitor patients and report on their condition
• Maintain patients care records and document provided services
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
• Meal preparation and planning
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
• Assist with shopping or errands

AHCA Requirements (NON Negotiable)

• **CPR or BLS certificate**
• **Valid driver’s license**
• **Reliable vehicle and vehicle insurance**
• **Level 2 Background screen**
• **Alzheimer/Dementia and HIV/AIDS training (FREE CEU classes if hired)**

​Qualifications:

• Experience working as a HHA/CNA or Care Companion
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Caring, supportive, and compassionate personality
• Eager to learn and improve new skills
• HHA or CNA certification
