Essential Qualifications

An individual must possess the minimum education, experience, and skills to perform the primary and secondary responsibilities the job requires.

Ability to be reliable, responsible and on-time for all assignments

Ability to lift, push or pull 25 pounds

Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, reach and walk with stability and balance

Ability to withstand exposure to dust, mold, mildew and cleaning solutions

Ability to understand and speak English clearly in person and on the telephone

Ability to read English on an average adult level

Ability to write English clearly

Ability to treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respect

Ability to adapt to various living environments and locations

Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner

Ability to travel at least 15 miles one way to an assignment

Willingness to consent to client safety devices that may include recording devices
