Job Description
Job Title: In-Home Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Various locations (home care)
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Flexible Hours
Salary: $15 per hour

Are you a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking to make a difference in the lives of others? At Griswold Home Care, we are seeking caring, professional CNAs to provide in-home care for individuals who require assistance with daily living activities. As an in-home CNA, you will help our clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while working in a comfortable, familiar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility support, including transferring and positioning clients
- Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
- Assist with medication reminders and daily health management
- Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry as needed
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Report any changes in a client's condition to the nursing supervisor or family members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided
Qualifications:
- Valid CNA certification in North Carolina
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous experience in home care or healthcare setting required
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift, move, and assist clients as needed
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
