SYNERGY HomeCare offers:
- Competitive Pay Range $22-$24/hr based on experience and availability
- Weekly Pay/Direct deposit - GET PAID EVERY FRIDAY!
- 40 hours/year Sick Pay
- Paid orientation and ongoing training (including Dementia Program)
- Time-and-a-half pay for SYNERGY Holidays
- Flexible schedules and clients close to your home
- Hiring for all shifts
As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
- Provide care to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship, personal hygiene care, and activities of daily living.
- Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
- Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
