What You’ll Do: (depends on client needs):
• Connect well and offer compassionate companionship with clients
• Provide for the personal needs and comfort of in their own homes
• Follow individualized client care plans with oversight from the Registered Nurse
o Personal care (bathing, toileting)
o Light housekeeping
o Meal preparation
o Medication reminders
o Assistance with medical devices
o Transportation assistance to and from the activities and appointments
o Companionship
• Communicate professionally with families and your team members
• Other duties as assigned

State Certified CNA
Current CPR and First Aid certifications
Clean criminal background screening
Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
