Qualifications & Skills
Current and Active Drivers' License
Social Security Card
Proof of current Auto Insurance
Access to your own automobile during all shifts
CPR Certification
TB Test
Copy of Professional License (if applicable)
Certificate of Completion for your CNA/HHA Formal Training
Any In-Services (inclusive of HIV & Alzheimers)
Assist with Meds or Med Tech Certificate
All Aspects of Hands on Personal Care
