Benchmark at Rye is seeking full-time (3pm-11pm) compassionate and dedicated LNA /HHA /PCA's to join our amazing team!

We offer competitive pay and a generous sign-on bonus for the following shifts:

  • Full-time sign on bonus: 3pm-11pm $3,000.00

**In addition, we offer a weekend shift differential

Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing customer service skills to ensure our residents have an exceptional stay
  • Implementing residents personal care service plans, focusing on preferences and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship and belonging
  • Documenting observations of resident’s behavior, including complaints or physical symptoms
  • Assisting with their meals, transferring them using appropriate assistive devices, bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming
  • Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Valid LNA /HHA/ PCA license required. If not, please let us know and we will train the right individual and get you certified!
  • Prior experience in a skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care is preferred, but not necessary. Will train the right candidate!
  • Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
Qualifications & Skills
LNA/CNA - Preferred but not required. If you don't have your certificate then we will pay for training to become PCA.
