Always Best Care Senior Services seeks to build a core team of experienced Caregivers, and currently has all shifts available. Our Caregivers will provide excellent and compassionate 1:1 care for Clients in their homes throughout the Seattle Metro area.  

Flexible Day and Evening Schedules – Specific hours based on client needs and Caregiver availability 

Pay Range: $21-$23 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities: 

1. Develop strong relationships with Clients 
2. Assist clients with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, eating, and bathroom needs 
3. Light housekeeping to promote a safe and clean environment for resident’s home 
4. Transportation to appointments and shopping 
5. Companionship & supervision 

Requirements: 

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) License 
• Previous CNA and Long-Term Care experience 
• Must be at least 18 years old 
• Must pass background check and medical clearance prior to hire 
• Work authorization required 
• Maintains current driver’s license and a dependable insured automobile 
• COVID-19 vaccine strongly preferred 
• Must have effective oral and written English communication skills to work with clients/families
