Enlightenment Home care LLC is a small, BIPOC woman-owned business here in Olympia, WA. We have immediate openings for Caregivers to join our growing team: We are offering part- time hours with the possibility of full-time and overtime hours caring for clients of any age that would like the benefit of non-medical care in their own home.

Requirements for the Caregiver

• Must have a working cell phone
• Must pass a background check
• Must be punctual and arrive to appointments on time
• Must have reliable transportation, driver's license, car insurance
• Food handler's card
• CPR certificate
• COVID-19 vaccine or valid exemption
• Social Security Card
• Must have High school education or equivalent
• At least 3 professional references
• 1 year caregiving experience preferred
• Current CNA/HCA certificate preferred - we offer a FREE 1 year training course if you do not have your HCA.

Responsibilities for the Caregiver

• Travel to the client's home at the scheduled time to provide care based on the client's care plan for the agreed upon duration
• Specific responsibilities will be dependent on the client, but may include:
• Companion care
• Meal preparation
• Bathing/toileting assistance
• Medication reminders
• Transfer from chair to bed and vice versa
• Pet care
• Observing and reporting changes of physical and mental conditions
• Caring for children or adults with varying mental conditions
• Using the AxisCare app to clock in and out, record shift notes, and check off ADLs (Activities of Daily Living).
