We are actively hiring Caregivers in the McMinnville area to help our client make progress toward their goals.

Job Duties and Clients' Support Needs

• Work 1-on-1 with client on a consistent schedule at their home and in their community

• Participate in discussions and activities with the client, keeping them engaged

• Administer medications and monitor the client for their safety

• Client follows a schedule for phone usage, with the phone being turned off at 5pm

• Client needs assistance in controlling alcohol intake and is allotted alcohol on a strict schedule that needs to be followed

• Maintaining professional boundaries and not discussing personal issues is very important with this client

Schedule

• Hiring for one 36 hour long shift: Monday 6am until Tuesday at 6pm

• Sleeping allowed during the night

Compensation & Benefits

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• 6 months verifiable experience working or volunteering in a direct care setting

• Must be okay with dogs on the property

Preferred:

• Valid Driver’s License

• Experience administering medications
