Together we Shine, LLC is looking for fun outgoing individuals to join our team. We help those with developmental and physical disabilities to achieve their goals and to become as independent as possible.

Job Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

Support and assist individuals with activities of daily living, to include personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, bathing, transferring, and eating.

Ensure living and working spaces are neat, clean, free of any safety concerns, and all necessary environmental controls are performed consistently and thoroughly.

Actively engage individuals and encourage participation in programming, community, recreation, and leisure activities.

Provide services in a non-discriminating manner.

Provide transportation in the community for various activities and appointments outside of the home.

Understand, respect, and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Maintain a working knowledge of and abide by company policies and procedures.

Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Be at least 18 years of age

Successful clearance of background study as specified by licensing agencies.

Be willing to obtain:

Car Registration (required if you will be driving clients in your personal vehicle)

Driving Record (required if you will be driving clients):

Car insurance with coverage of 100,000/300,000

CPR/First Aid Card:   (Make sure to do both CPR AND First Aid, as both are required.)

Food Handler's Card:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Start at $14 and as soon as the paperwork for starting work is in you go up to $16.00 per hour. (This can be done by your second check)
