We are seeking compassionate Hospice Caregivers to provide essential end of life support to Hospice patients. As a Hospice Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those at the end of their lives.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide bathing, grooming, and incontinence care for bedridden patients

- Assist with feeding bedridden patients

- Perform light housekeeping tasks including changing bed linens and laundry

- Ensure the safety and well-being of Hospice patients at all times

- Implement care plans tailored to bedridden patients

- Maintain a compassionate and supportive attitude towards patients

**Skills:**

- Experience in Hospice home care preferred

- Experience in working with Hospice Team: RN and Social Worker

- Accurate and timely documentation and communication with Hospice RN and Social Worker
