We pay attractive compensation (hourly rates) that are among the highest in our industry and competitive peer group, and provide flexible employment options. Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) support the elderly or people with disabilities with their activities of daily living. A PCA helps the client remain living in their own homes and remain independent in their communities. If you are a compassionate, positive person who is not afraid to work hard, then this is a job for you. We expect you to be polite and a good communicator. Experience in housekeeping tasks, independent living services and caring for the elderly or individuals with disabilities will make you a strong candidate, but is not required, as we provide adequate training and support.
